“Badly managed co-creation process can lead to co-destruction” Send enquiry ›Krista Keranen is experienced speaker, educator and consultant as she has been speaking in numerous international events and she has held more than 500 educative courses/ workshops. Based on the feedback she is often described as being very energic and inspiring speaker.
Krista holds a PhD in engineering and master’s degree in Hospitality Management. In her doctoral studies at the University of Cambridge she focussed on co-creation in service innovation, service design and management.
She has also a long background in entrepreneurship, service business management, research, and education. Furthermore, she is enthusiastic about serious game development/ gamification and widely known in Finland for her gamified approaches and tools – tools which have been also awarded like CoCo Cosmos game for service design and BOOST+INNO game for better understanding how to innovate effectively.
Currently Krista Keranen is working as a business designer and educator in her own company Vision Factory and researcher at the Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
