Kristiina Tiilas

Kristiina Tiilas is a skydiving coach and lead of digital transformation in Fortum, one of the biggest energy companies in Nordics.

As a nuclear physicist and transformation leader Kristiina has been working and discussing with cross-functional groups of managers, as well as deep technical experts from global enterprises to universities and startups.

Data & analytics competences are Kristiina’s passion and she likes to share experiences of building data & analytics capabilities and organization. She speaks to various audience groups – from large events to small meetings.
