Marjo Rantanen is an author, licenced business coach and keynote speaker on Customer Experience and Leadership as well as Concept and Service Design.

She has created the innovative concept of Mood Design and Mood Leadership with which businesses can make a new approach to their leadership that increases productivity, efficiency and creativity. Good mood produces customer satisfaction and the well-being of employees.

With over ten years of experience in business management she now coaches clients in customer experience, work groups and team dynamics as well as team leaders and boards of directors. In her work she combines sciences like social psychology, anthropology, psychology, neuroscience and communication.

She is the author of two books: Tunnelmamuotoilu (Mood Design 2106) and Tunnelmajohtaja (Mood Leadership 2018), both only in Finnish at the time.
